Lovely cottage. Clean, warm and cosy. Comfortable beds and fantastic shower. Great location. Everything we needed for a relaxing break.
Stuart
The property was in a quiet area of the village with no passing traffic. The outside area was gravelled and securely enclosed, so perfect for a dog owner. Inside the cottage was spacious, immaculate and very well equipped with comfortable furniture. Both bedrooms one twin and one double had ensuite bathrooms and there was a downstairs loo as well. I can really recommend this cottage. The cottage is very well placed to explore the area. There's a log burner in the living room, which given the weather that we had was a welcome bonus
Vicarage Cottage provides a warm welcome with exceptional attention to detail. The cottage feels very well cared for and there were so many little details a little Christmas tree, cake, fine cotton bedlinen, even festive serviettes which made it feel luxurious and made us feel cared for too. It was a lovely place to see in the New Year. We also enjoyed our friendly but noisy neighbours, Gino and Ellie, two donkeys.
Hilary
A superb cottage brilliant location, quiet, spacious, well designed and very relaxing. We can't think of anything needed to improve it.
This is a real home from home. Very comfortable, clean, with everything one could need. Owners very friendly and willing to help with any problems. Cant fault this cottage.

We really enjoyed our week at Vicarage Cottage. It is a spotlessly clean, comfortable and wellmaintained cottage with everything you need provided. Good quality bedding and towels too! It is in a great location with all the seaside villages and towns within easy reach. Also great to have a dogfriendly pub just a minute or so walk away. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in your beautiful and comfortable cottage. It had everything we could need and was in a great location. We tried both the Apple Inn and the White Swan Warrenford both were good places to eat but I think the White Swan edged it. Had a great time exploring the coast and castles. Thankyou we would recommend.

We had the most glorious week at Vicarage Cottage such a convenient location in the village of Lucker to explore for North Northumberland. The cottage is just so relaxing, convenient and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 people with lovely bedrooms, lounge and spacious well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds in a peaceful location. We definitely hope to come back and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. P.S the cake, flowers and milk were very much appreciated.

Fabulous cottage in a quiet setting with everything we could have needed. The lemon cake and milk was much appreciated. It felt very much in the country seeing the sheep from the bedroom window but being in the centre of the village with the pub just a couple of minutes walk away. Very central for all the sights. I would certainly recommend this cottage to anyone.

The cottage was exactly as described on the site. It was extremely comfortable, has all amenities and facilities needed which made our holiday very enjoyable. There was a lovely cake and milk available for our arrival. The location of the cottage is ideal and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area which was assisted by the information provided in the welcome pack. Fiona was extremely helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat and is a lovely host. We even managed to sit in the extremely quiet garden a couple of warm evenings.
The cottage was set in a very quiet village but with easy access to Bamburgh, Alnwick and lovely coastal towns. Everything was spotless in the cottage, and there were flowers and a cake which were lovely touches. Everything we needed was there. The owner advised us of a few potential issues, neither of which were a problem, and we felt we could have contacted them if anything had arisen. We would recommend this cottage to friends, and think we will probably be back soon!

A really lovely cottage, beautiful tranquil setting, very clean and well maintained house, lovely spacious rooms and very well equipped, the two bathrooms are perfect and very handy having a downstairs toilet. We really enjoyed going accross to the apple in accross the road, we can really recommend the food there. Full very positive comments left in guest book superb holiday accommodation very clean, sizeable rooms, tastefully decorated throughout, well equipped , lashings of hot water, manageable central heating and very responsive wood burner. Garden secure but a little smaller than we had anticipated. However, worked well with our young Labrador. Location quiet grand for us proximity A1 and beaches, townsvillages and Scottish border much appreciated various good eating places within easy reach have already rebooked!
Fabulous Cottage, pictures dont do it justice. Lots of space hidden gem. Very clean, close to lots of places to visit. Dog walking on Bambargh beach became a morning favourite. The little extras make a difference e.g, fresh flowers, luxury bath sheet towels, pint of milk, home made lemon cake, genius. Would recommend this cottage stage, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, has everything you could need.

Our 2nd visit and just as perfect as our first! The cottage has everything you could want for a holiday. Beautiful, spotless, comfortable, peaceful and the most perfect location for visiting the many wonderful places in the area! Add to this those little touches, home baked cake and fresh flowers on arrival and ample supply of good towels! Could not recommend this property any higher! Our only disappointment is we cannot visit next year!
