Down a private single-track road, sweeping sea views towards Bamburgh Castle are visible from almost every window. Badgers, deer, hares and owls are regularly spotted on the driveway. Note: this property does not have a hot tub.

Bamburgh beach is just 1.5 miles away windswept shores in the shadow of Bamburgh Castle. Circular walks to the beach start from the doorstep. The surrounding fields and dark night skies make this a brilliant spot for nature lovers and walkers alike.

The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms. The first-floor super-king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower and WC with panoramic coastal views. On the ground floor there's a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom. Two bathrooms plus a downstairs WC. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has French doors to the patio. A separate lounge features an open fire with exposed brickwork surround. Private parking for four cars.

Seahouses is 5 miles away (10 mins) with Farne Islands boat trips. Beadnell Bay is 8 miles (15 mins). Holy Island of Lindisfarne is 12.5 miles (25 mins). Alnwick Castle and Gardens are 16 miles away (30 mins).
