Fabulous property just returned from our second visit this year. Everything perfect very well appointed house lovely and warm and cosy.

Been visiting the area for 30 years, this is by far the best accommodation weâ??ve stayed at. Plenty of room and really well thought out and furnished. Beautiful, large secure garden with great views. Lots of wildlife to see around the place and the most beautiful donkeys for neighbours. Simple stunning and really didnâ??t want to leave

Another fabulous stay in this cottage. The weather was very stormy and cold when we arrived and the cottage was very comfortable - snug and warm. Lovely views of the October countryside when the sun came out again. We all love it.

Overall it was a fantastic property & stay and we will definitely return. Our family and 2 dogs loved the garden and the surrounding area for walks!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous property. Plenty of space for 5 adults, a toddler, a baby and a dog! It was very well equipped and very comfortable. Thank you - we had a fabulous holiday and will definitely stay here again.

Spacious house with lots of areas for relaxation in peaceful setting just 15 minutes walk from Bamburgh (over styles and through fields). Such a beautiful part of the country to visit.

A wonderful house with so much indoor and outdoor space. We loved all the equipment - it makes a nice change to have a properly working fridge/freezer- and the beautiful setting. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Dukesfield is delightful. We have booked several years and are hoping to repeat next year. Itâ??s so peaceful and relaxing. We always look forward to to getting back after a busy day.

This is a perfect holiday property - so spacious, warm and comfortable. We loved the quiet, peaceful location and the safe, enclosed garden for dogs and a toddler. It is equipped to a very high standard with comfortable beds and plentiful hot water for showers.

Our 2nd stay at Dukesfield - simply amazing. So clean. Great location. Great layout. Secure garden for our dogs. We will definitely be back again.

Really lovely cottage in a great location. There was 7 of us plus a dog and there was ample space. Kitchen was gorgeous with plenty of kitchenware. Would definitely return. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best equipped cottages we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable, warm (despite a cold ish early spring) and quiet.

We were a group of seven and appreciated the space offered by this property. The situation was peaceful with lovely views and within walking distance of Bamburgh. The cottage was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We hope to return.

The cottage is immaculate. Well designed and spacious. Well furnished throughout. Plenty of room for large families to get together. We'll stocked up with glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery . A delight to come back to after a busy day out.

Well appointed property situated in quiet location close to Bamburgh. We enjoyed it so much weâ??ve booked again for next year!!!

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Dukesfield Cottage and weâ??re hoping to return. I think that says it all. We think itâ??s wonderful.

Cottage was very well laid out and useful for a large family gathering. The two seperate lounge areas gave us options on TV watching which proved useful. The area around the cottage was quiet and calming (apart from odd donkey braying!). Facilities were adequate for our needs but could be updated/ improved in some areas. A welcome pack would have been expected and appreciated given the general high standard of the property. Access to Bamburgh was via a one and half mile walk through fields and a short section of road. Access to the Coastal Path was also relatively easy. We'll positioned for walks and visits to Bamburgh and the local area.

The cottage was lovely and peaceful (except for one of the neighbouring donkeys which brayed loudly at all hours of the day and night). The outside space was marvellous and great for the dogs. Main living area was very comfortable. Bedrooms were a good size. Plenty of crockery/glassware/pans etc. Very convenient for the lovely beach nearby and lots to see in the surrounding area. Only real negative is that the ensuite and shower rooms should be updated.

Overall very comfortable accommodation, a few small details would have been nice like a welcome pack, some local information, deeper bowls for cereal etc but otherwise excellent lay out and space for larger groups. There are donkeys next door that were braying loudly even during the night which was unfortunate but if you are only there for a week it's manageable!

We loved the house, everyone said how comfortable the beds were and we think we had brand new sheets and bedding which was lovely. Really clean. Had everything we needed. We would love to come back. Stayed with family and friends and they all had a great time.
