A spacious and comfortable cottage in a quiet location.
Judith
The cottage is in a splendid location, ideal for dog walks on the beach and strolls to the wonderful (and dog-friendly) Lord Crewe for dinner. The cottage is well-equipped and the conservatory is a god-send in our variable weather!
Julia
All great , super clean , great cottage , great location , we had a perfect week THANKYOU
Adam
Lovely cottage set in the dunes, one minute's walk from the water one way and the castle the other. Spacious enclosed garden. Ideal for family plus or minus the dog holidays.
David
This is the second time we have stayed at `4-Bedroom Cottage with Log Burner in Bamburgh. It is an enchanting cottage in a lovely location and adjacent to Bamburgh Castle.
Julia
Fabulously located cottage in Bamburgh and particularly wonderful for families. The cottage is very nicely furnished though the beds are very tired and perhaps even exhausted.
Katy
A fabulous location but you do need to be able bodied to use the dune access or walk round to the beach. One of our party had accessibility requirements and so we still ended up taking a car to the nearby car park to see the beach. Lots of space for 8 to be together (or apart as needed). A couple of the bedrooms are quite far from bathrooms but we made this work for our group.
Samantha
Lovely well equipped cottage ideal location we had a wonderful stay great for families
David
Great location. Convenient for the beach and the town, with its restaurants and bars. Everything has been thought of and is provided. A really exceptional cottage.
Helen
Stunning location in a lovely village. Beach literally 2 minutes away. Secure garden and good conservatory. Plenty of room but could be tight for 8 adults ( we were 6 adults) good quality bedding and towels and cosy and warm in the cold weather.
Eric
Fantastic location. I spotted the cottage a few years ago. Excellent for our half term holiday with our daughter and grandson. Found the village restaurants have really increased their prices. Excellent visits to Bamburgh castle and Grace Darling museum
Julie
Lovely location and well equipped house, perfect for three generations.
Neil M
This is a wonderful place to stay if you like to walk beach's with your dogs, it's location is perfect for easy access to the beach, but its incredibly quiet and sheltered. The conservatory makes the cottage as its very warm and sunny when the weather is good, but a perfect retreat when it's raining and the lounge is warm and cosy in the evenings. We have been several times and will come again.
Gill
We have stayed in Bamburgh eight times now and 4-Bedroom Cottage with Log Burner in Bamburgh is by far the best place to stay although the cost per week is reflective of that. I like the big communal rooms, high ceilings, comfortable beds and pillows and lots of light. Most of all the situation of the cottage being just behind the dunes and 2 minutes walk to the green cannot be bettered. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! This is our second visit and we will be back for sure!
Aileen
Very well appointed, comfortable and light Cottage in a great location for tennis, children's playgound, sea and golf.
David
One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. Beautifully maintained in a wonderful location. Bags of character.
Judith
We loved the cottage: inside it is very well-furnished and comfy and outside the patio & lawn are super if the weather is nice and the conservatory is fab when the weather is colder. The location is super for access to the beach & the village, although I imagine the adjacent footpath could be very busy in the summer. A couple of points to note: two of the bedrooms can only access a bathroom by going through either the lounge or the kitchen/dining area. Also, the wall between the next-door cottage and the main bathroom & adjacent bedroom is paper thin - we could hear every word the occupants said - and other noises!
Ian
4-Bedroom Cottage with Log Burner in Bamburgh is in an excellent location, a short walk from the middle of Bamburgh and a shorter walk to the wonderful beach in the shadow of Bamburgh Castle. It is very well equipped and has plenty of space. Ideal for a family holiday even when it's very wet or foggy.
Rachael

Christine
