Very well equipped, comfortable house, the layout worked well for our family of 8 adults with three young babies. Great location, peaceful and close to lots of little villages and the glorious Northumberland beaches We had a lovely time and would definitely return again, would highly recommend staying at The Chimney. We had a few minor nigglessuggestions only two kitchen tea towels provided for the week, this was not adequate and we had to buy more locally. Extra bathroom towels or fresh ones mid week would have been helpful. The dishwasher did not clean well, left bits of food stuck to dishes and cups, we often had to wash again in the sink. Pillows on some of the beds were very flatpoor. Provision of hand soap and shower gel was either lacking or poor, some of the bottles near empty or seem to have been watered down. All very minor points but would have made our stay even better .. thank you The Ritchies
