The Cheviot Hills are on your doorstep for walking and cycling. Chatton Trout Fishery is just 5 miles away a 4-acre lake where you can fish without a rod licence.

Bamburgh Castle and beach are 6 miles away (approx. 12 mins). Alnwick Castle and Alnwick Garden are 15 miles south (approx. 25 mins). Berwick-upon-Tweed is 15 miles north (approx. 20 mins). Wooler, a market town at the foot of the Cheviot Hills, is 10 miles away (approx. 18 mins).
