Very spacious open property. Comfortable furnishings. Some of the flooring is a little tired in areas, the fridge and shower could do with updating as the fridge makes and awful noise throughout the day. The shower is not very height friendly and little to low water pressure. Based very well in bambrough with close enough links to walk to most locations. And well placed to drive to neighbouring villages and locations. Really enjoyed our stay. The dog loved it too.

We were generally pleased with the accommodation as it was modern, spacious bedroom and wardrobe, comfortable bed and sofa. Hadnt appreciated there wasnt a dishwasher but instead a washerdryer as only room for one or the other. Personally a dishwasher would have been more useful. So rather disappointed that the only washing up aids provided were a rather well used washing up brush and a pair of gloves that leaked where was the dishclothj cloth? As a previous reviewer said about something basic not supplied it causes problems when the nearest shop stocking these item is miles away. Location near to centre of Bamborough a bonus. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

I've stayed here several times over the years and always enjoy my stay. The new sofa and chairs was a nice touch. The only slight issue was the floor seemed quite tacky in places. Overall though a great holiday and I'm really looking forward to coming back again in September.

A nice property a short walk from the centre of Bamburgh and all its amenities and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The highlight of the holiday definitely had to be seeing the amazing Northern lights.

Comfortable, spacious and well equipped accommodation in very convenient location. Off road parking useful.

Brilliant location. Plenty of room for us, 2 adults and 2 grandkids. Facilities generally good. Settee getting a bit dated and the key handle broke off the part you use to turn the key in the lock. Luckily it didn't get stuck, so I went into Seahouses and had another one cut. Funny more than a concern though. Overall, well worth the cost and enjoyed everything completely

Excellent location, with all that we needed. We are likely to use again. However, the information booklet is out of date including the wifi code and password. Also, no brush pan and a vacuum cleaner which wasn't working made end of holiday cleaning tricky.

The bathroom door locking knob came away in my hand. leaving me locked in the bathroom for 1hr 45 until the rest of the family returned from grocery shopping and could let me out! There is a dangerously faulty electric socket in bedroom 2 which is an obvious fire risk The general cleanliness was appalling the dish washing bowl had a layer of mud on the inside which looked as though it had been used to wash muddy boots, all the cutlery & crockery were filthy. We have a dog and therefore are used to pet friendly rentals but the entire sofa was covered in a layer of white dogcat fur such that we actually had to put covers on to protect our clothing. This is the dirtiest and most poorly maintained property we have ever rented.
