The Old Reading Room is a stone-built detached cottage sitting right in the heart of Bamburgh, one of Northumberland's most photographed coastal villages. It sits tucked up a small private lane, yet everything is on your doorstep.

The cottage sleeps 3 across two bedrooms a double (4ft 6in) and a single (3ft). Everything is on the ground floor. The living and dining room has a Freeview TV, DVD player and electric fire. Bamburgh Castle is right on your doorstep. The Grace Darling Museum is in the village. Seahouses harbour is around 3 miles away with boat trips to the Farne Islands. Alnwick Castle and Garden is roughly 15 miles south (around 25 minutes by car).
